Octopus & Baked Paprika Marinade |

70g octopus |
 |
2 (240g) yellow paprika |
 |
1/4(50g) onion |
 |
4(80g) green asparagus |
 |
1/2 (4g) garlic |
 |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
 |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
 |
salt to taste |
 |
pepper to taste |
 |
4 cherry tomato |

| 1. |
Slice octopus thinly. Grill paprika until darkened. Cool and peel and remove seed. |

Cut grilled paprika into 6 pieces. Parboil green asparagus and cut into 2 inches slices. Slice onion thinly. Rinse with water(to reduce onion odor) and pat dry. |

Place octopus, paprika, asparagus, chopped garlic in a bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. |

Place in platter and serve. |
