Baked Paprika & Boiled Egg
Ingredients
[Serves 4]
1 (120g) paprika (red, yellow, orange each)
1 boiled egg
10g ginger
* Sauce ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 stalk(3g) leek
Baked Paprika & Boiled Egg
Directions
1. Cut paprika in half, seed and cut into 3 pieces.
2. Chop up ginger. Slice leek across.
3. Grill paprika and mix with sauce and garlic.
4. Cut boiled egg into 4 pieces and place them on the platter. Place paprika from No.3 in the center. Garnish with chopped leek.
* Tip
Since paprika peel is thick, grill until burned dark in oven toaster. Cool and peel.
