Baked Paprika & Boiled Egg |

1 (120g) paprika (red, yellow, orange each) |

1 boiled egg |
 |
10g ginger |

2 tablespoons soy sauce |
 |
1/2 tablespoon vinegar |
 |
1 teaspoon sugar |
 |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
 |
1 stalk(3g) leek |

Cut paprika in half, seed and cut into 3 pieces. |

Chop up ginger. Slice leek across. |

Grill paprika and mix with sauce and garlic. |

Cut boiled egg into 4 pieces and place them on the platter. Place paprika from No.3 in the center. Garnish with chopped leek. |

| Since paprika peel is thick, grill until burned dark in oven toaster. Cool and peel. |
