Paprika & Mizuna & Tofu Salad
Ingredients
[Serves 4]
2 package(600g) soft tofu
1/2 yellow paprika
2 bunches mizuna
1 (70g) chicken
60ml sesame dressing
Paprika & Mizuna & Tofu Salad
Directions
1. Cut paprika in half and slice thinly. Slice mizuna 2 inches long. Soak paprika and mizuna in cold water and drain.
2. Cook chicken breast in microwave for 3 minutes. Tear thinly after cooling.
3. Place paprika, mizuna and chicken breast in a bowl and mix well.
4. Place sliced tofu in a platter. Sprinkle sesame dressing. Top with ingredients from No.3 and serve.
