Cut paprika in half and slice thinly. Slice mizuna 2 inches long. Soak paprika and mizuna in cold water and drain. |

Cook chicken breast in microwave for 3 minutes. Tear thinly after cooling. |

Place paprika, mizuna and chicken breast in a bowl and mix well. |

Place sliced tofu in a platter. Sprinkle sesame dressing. Top with ingredients from No.3 and serve. |
