Cut beef into 1/2 inch slices and season with salt and pepper. |

Cut paprika as the same size as the beef. Chop up garlic. Cut green onion 1/2 inch slices. |

Soak touchi in water. Drain and mash. |

Heat 1 Tbsp salad oil in a wok and fry beef, set aside. |

Add remaining salad oil in the wok and sauté garlic and touchi until fragrant. Add green onion and paprika and cook. Add beef from No.4 and stir fry. |

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve. |
