Fried Paprika & Beef Touchi
Ingredients
1 slice(200g) beef steak
* Condiments
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 teaspoons wine
1 teaspoons soy sauce
1 (120g) paprika (red, yellow each)
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 garlic
15g touchi
30g green onion
* Seasonings
4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoons chinese soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon watered starch(water and starch half-and-half)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Fried Paprika & Beef Touchia
Directions
1. Cut beef into 1/2 inch slices and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut paprika as the same size as the beef. Chop up garlic. Cut green onion 1/2 inch slices.
3. Soak touchi in water. Drain and mash.
4. Heat 1 Tbsp salad oil in a wok and fry beef, set aside.
5. Add remaining salad oil in the wok and sauté garlic and touchi until fragrant. Add green onion and paprika and cook. Add beef from No.4 and stir fry.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve.
