Colorful Fried Paprika
Ingredients
[Serves 4]
1 (120g) paprika (red, yellow, orange each)
100g green onion
2 stalks(6g) leek
2 tablespoons flour
* batter ingredients
100g flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 egg
frying oil
80g radish juice
* sauce ingredients
150ml Dashi
40ml soybean paste
40ml wine
Colorful Fried Paprika
Directions
1. 1. Dice paprika and onion into 1/2 inch pieces.
2. 2. Mix flour, water, egg in a bowl.
3. 3. Dip paprika and onion in batter and fry in oil until crisp(in spoonful size).
4. 4. Make sauce by boiling Dashi, soybean paste, wine in a pot.
5. 5. Place in a platter. Server with radish juice and sauce made in No.4.
