1. Dice paprika and onion into 1/2 inch pieces. |

2. Mix flour, water, egg in a bowl. |

3. Dip paprika and onion in batter and fry in oil until crisp(in spoonful size). |

4. Make sauce by boiling Dashi, soybean paste, wine in a pot. |

5. Place in a platter. Server with radish juice and sauce made in No.4.
