Baked 3-color Paprika & Tomato & Chorizo Sausage Cocotte
Ingredients
[Serves 4]
8(280g) Chorizo sausage
1 (120g) paprika (red, yellow, orange each)
240g salad bean
2 (800g) tomato sauce(canned)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon salad oil
8g bread crumb
Chopped parsley
Baked 3-color Paprika & Tomato & Chorizo Sausage Cocotte
Directions
1. Cut Chorizo sausage into 3 pieces. Cut paprika into 4 pieces lengthwise.
2. Spread salad oil over preheated skillet and sauté paprika and Chorizo sausage. Add tomato sauce and salad bean, season with salt and water. Put on a lid and cook another 5 minutes.
3. Put them in a heat resistant bowl and sprinkle with bread crumb. Bake in oven toaster until slightly darkened. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
