3-color Paprika & Beef Sauté with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
[Serves 4]
150g beef thigh (sliced)
* Condiments
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons liquor
1/2(60g) paprika(red, yellow, orange each)
2/3 (100g) broccoli
20g green onion
5g ginger
2 tablespoons salad oil
* Seasonings
40ml water
1/2 teaspoon Chinese soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon liquor
pepper
2 teaspoons watered starch
3-color Paprika & Beef Sauté with Oyster Sauce
Directions
1. Slice beef thinly and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut paprika into 1 inch slices. Cut each slices in half. Remove roots from broccoli.
3. Cut green onion into 1 inch slices and slice garlic thinly.
4. Parboil broccoli slightly and then sauté.
5. Heat 1 Tbsp salad oil in a wok and fry beef, set aside.
6. Add remaining salad oil and sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant. Fry paprika and broccoli, add beef and fry together.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a platter and serve.
