Slice beef thinly and season with salt and pepper. |

Cut paprika into 1 inch slices. Cut each slices in half. Remove roots from broccoli. |

Cut green onion into 1 inch slices and slice garlic thinly. |

Parboil broccoli slightly and then sauté. |

Heat 1 Tbsp salad oil in a wok and fry beef, set aside. |

Add remaining salad oil and sauté green onion and garlic until fragrant. Fry paprika and broccoli, add beef and fry together. |

Season with salt and pepper. Place in a platter and serve. |
