3-color Paprika & Pork Rice Noodle
Ingredients
[Serves 2]

160g rice noodle

Pork thigh

* condiments

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1 teaspoon liquor

1/2 teaspoon soybean sauce

1/2(60g) paprika(red, yellow, orange each)

1/2 stalk(50g) leek

1/4 (50g) onion

* Seasoning

200ml water

1 teaspoon Chinese soup

* condiments for fried vegetables

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper

2 tablespoons salad oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3-color Paprika & Pork Rice Noodle
Directions
1. Soak rice noodle in warm water(40℃) for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into serving size.
2. Slice paprika thinly. Cut leek 2 inches long. Cut onion into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Slice pork into thin strips and marinate with seasonings.
4. Heat 1 Tbsp salad oil in a wok and fry pork, onion, paprika and leek. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
5. Add remaining salad oil in the wok. Cook rice noodle with seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat until juicy.
6. Mix all ingredients well with sesame oil. Place in a platter and serve.
