Soak rice noodle in warm water(40℃) for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into serving size. |

Slice paprika thinly. Cut leek 2 inches long. Cut onion into 1/2 inch slices. |

Slice pork into thin strips and marinate with seasonings. |

Heat 1 Tbsp salad oil in a wok and fry pork, onion, paprika and leek. Season with salt and pepper, set aside. |

Add remaining salad oil in the wok. Cook rice noodle with seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat until juicy. |

Mix all ingredients well with sesame oil. Place in a platter and serve. |
