3-color Paprika Curry Pilaf
Ingredients
[Serves 2]

440g rice

100g minced pork

1/2 (60g) paprika (red, yellow, orange each)

1/4 (50g) onion

50g mushroom(canned)

1 tablespoon salad oil

1 tablespoon curry powder

salt to taste

pepper to taste

2 stalks(6g) green onion

3-color Paprika Curry Pilaf
Directions
1. Cut paprika into 1/2 inch slices. Chop onion.
2. Cook onion, minced meat, paprika and mushroom in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
3. Spread salad oil over preheated frying pan. Add rice, season with salt and pepper. Add ingredients from No.2 and fry together.
4. Place in a platter, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
