Ingredients

60g spaghetti

2 (15g) garlic

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 seeded red hot pepper

3 (360g) paprika (red, yellow, orange)

chopped parsley

70ml pasta broiled water

salt to taste

pepper to taste

3-color Paprika Peperocino
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti in salted water(1%) according to directions on package.
2. Toast paprika in the toaster. Peel and seed after cooling. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Place chopped garlic and red hot pepper in a frying pan and cook until smells. Add paprika, spaghetti and pasta broiled water. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
