3 tespoons soybean sauce |
 |

2 teaspoons oyster sauce |

Seed paprika and slice thickly. |

Slice pork thickly. |

Place soybean sauce, sugar, water, oyster sauce, starch powder in a bowl and mix well. |

Fry pork in a pan with salad oil until browned. Add paprika and sauté for a while. Sprinkle with the mixed sauce and serve. |
