Ingredients
[Serves 4]
1/2 red paprika
1/2 yellow paprika

8g chicken consomme

400ml water
1 tablespoon salad oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 slices wonton wrap
chopped parsley
2-color Paprika & Wonton Wrap Soup
Directions
1. Seed paprika and dice 1-inch pieces.
2. Dice wonton wrap into 1 inch pieces.
3. Fry paprika in a pan with salad oil. Add water, chicken consommé and cook until boiling. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
