Fried Meat with Cabbage, Garlic & 2-color Paprika
Ingredients
[Serves 4]
1 red paprika
1 yellow paprika
50g Chinese cabbage
50g minced meat
15g garlic

1 hot pepper

1 tablespoon salad oil

salt to taste

pepper to taste
Fried Meat with Cabbage, Garlic & 2-color Paprika
Directions
1. Seed paprika and cut into 4-inch long strips.
2. Separate cabbage stems and leaves. Cut into 4-inch long strips.
3. Slice garlic thinly. Seed hot pepper and cut in half.
4. Spread salad oil in a frying pan. Fry garlic and hot pepper over low heat until fragrant.
5. Add minced meat and sauté over high heat until browned.
6. Add paprika and cabbage to the pan and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a serving dish.
* Tip
For variety, substitute turnip or yam instead of cabbage
