2-color Paprika, Sausage, Spinach and Tomato Cheese Roast |

1 red paprika |

1 yellow paprika |

4 sausage |
 |
80g spinach |
 |
1 tablespoon salad oil |
 |
6 tablespoons tomato sauce |
 |
5g parmesan cheese |
 |
salt to taste |

pepper to taste |

Seed paprika and cut into wedge. |

Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. |

Remove roots from spinach and slice 2-inch thick. |

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté paprika, sausage and spinach until tender. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. |

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven. |
