Recipe

  • Tea for descent taste and flagrance
  • Use half-blown chrysanthemum.
  1. Pick chrysanthemum in early October before frost falls. Rinse with water.
  2. . Dry in shade. Or pile up newspapers and put chrysanthemum between newspapers. Put books or other objects in order to weigh down newspapers. Dry for 2~3 weeks.
  3. Preserve in a paper box. Avoid moisture.
  4. Steep chrysanthemum in hot water(100~120℃). White or glass tea cup is preferable. Chrysanthemum tea helps you fresh mind and blood circulation.
