Wild Chrysanthemum Tea |
- Pick chrysanthemum blossoms in full bloom. Rinse with clean water.
- Dry chrysanthemum for 2 days and dry again in a heated room until crispy.
- Preserve in air-tight jar.
- Steep 5~7 blossoms(serves 1) in hot water and serve.
You can mix it with green tea or mugwort tea. Brewable 3~4 times.

Chrysanthemum and Green Tea, Chrysanthemum and Mugwort Tea

- Ingredients : 1 teaspoon green tea, 5 dried chrysanthemum blossoms
This tea is prepared by adding dried chrysanthemum to green tea or mugwort tea thus creating perfect harmony of taste and smell. Cool the boiled water in a tea pot a while. Steep green tea leaves in the tea pot for 2~3 minutes and serve.

Fresh Chrysanthemum Tea |
- Ingredients : 30g fresh chrysanthemum blossom, 1 liter water, honey to taste

- Rinse chrysanthemum blossom with clean water.
- Put 1 liter water and chrysanthemum in tea pot and heat until boils. Then heat another 30 minutes over midium heat.
- Filter through a fine sieve and serve occasionally.
- You can add honey to enhance the taste of the chrysanthemum tea.

Chrysanthemum Honey Recipe |

- Rinse and dry chrysanthemum blossoms.
- Put chrysanthemum and honey into a jar. Seal and preserve in cool, dry place.
- After 3~4 weeks, put 2~3 teaspoons in a tea cup with hot water. Stir well and serve. Do not eat chrysanthemum.

Fermented Chrysanthemum Tea |
|
- Pick chrysanthemum. Rinse with water and pat dry.
- Mix well chrysanthemum and sugar. Put it in a jar and seal. Leave it for 2 weeks in the temperature of 15~20℃.
- Filter through cotton cloth. Filter again through filter paper. Seal and preserve in cool place. Discard chysanthemum.
- Filter again. Seal and preserve in refregirator.
- Dilute 1~2 tsp in a glass of water and serve.
Add ice in summer and hot water in winter.

Medical use : Good for treating headache and dizziness. |
